Trying to relax, and give it to God...
Hello,
Thank you for reading this post, I could really use some prayers/advice.
Here is my situation...
My husband and I are "waiting" to adopt an infant. Last week, we were informed of a situation were a potential birth mom needed families to choose from. We submitted a letter to her and our profile. It turns out that she will be looking at 4 to 6 profiles sometime this week.
I am nervous, scared, excited and hopeful that she will like our profile.
The baby will be born in less than two weeks (she is already dialating). I am trusting in God and I believe the situation will work out as it was meant to. I just want to be chosen so badly.
This is the hardest, most heart wrenching wait I have experienced in my life. Any advice? Prayers would be greatly appreciated.
