Possible scam?
We are hoping to adopt and have been on Parent profiles for a few months. I got a voicemail message the other day from a girl in Jamaica asking me to call her if I was interested in adopting her baby. That is all she said, I couldn't even understand what she said her name was. The phone number is definately from Jamaica, I looked it up. Should I even call her back? I have researched that Jamaica is hard to adopt from so I don't even know if it would be possible if it was legit. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!
