The support is so great and helps a lot so
My family is being supportive but... they are still eating! LOL I am trying to stay home much of the time and away from temptation!
So far Day #3 has been (I am a little scared to jinx things by saying this) e a s y

I am still not hungry and not craving or obsessing about food as much as I was the last couple of days. I am trying to drink as much water as they say you should (an ounce for every pound you weigh

), but it is tough! I figure that I AM drinking the amount of lemonade I am supposed to + the 32oz of water with the salt water flush in the morning (doesn't that 32oz count??), plus another 60+ oz of H2O during the day, so I will keep working in it. I am getting the lemonade down much easier with doing the cayenne as a shot, in fact I am probably taking in more cayenne by doing it that way
