Lylac... we were supposed to get cleared by the nurse too, I think they bent the rules a bit for us. I was cleared on the phone. It was no big deal, so don't sweat it at all. She basically said "Do you feel like foster mom explained things adequately?" I said "yes, I've done it all before" She said "Good, he's yours" ... hehe or somethign like that.
