LOL Kretz. We get more snow than the surrounding areas and we really miss it when we have a dry winter. I used to live in S. CA and I missed the seasons more than I thought I would!
Jess, we live in OR, but closer to WA/ID corner than Portland. (Shocking, I know, that OR has more area than the land west of the Cascades!!
) We constantly try to explain that Walla Walla, Lewiston, and the Tri Cities are closer to us than Portland.
