How does the cord blood registry work in adoptive situations? As aparents, do we have an option to do that? Should we have an option to do it? (I'm assuming that is the placing parent's property/decision by moral rights.) How have other aparents and placing parents done this? Just curious b/c I have had one friend who used this to provide a much needed therapy to improve her child's quality of life.
