1st failed match: bmom was 6 months (I think it being so early was not a good thing)
2nd match: 2 weeks after baby was born (she was a preemie) so they didn't look for a match until she put on some weight / health looked good
Still could not get her home for another 3 weeks due to health issues, so it was not too hectic for travel... just was emotionally tough to know she was ours, but she was not with us!
