We got the call the morning of Halloween to tell us we had been chosen by the bmom, and our baby girl was born that evening! We were on our way to Michigan the next day!
I wanted to work only with agencies where there wouldn't be a match until a couple of months (or less!) before the baby was due. And I'm thrilled it happened like it did - I don't know if I could have survived the wait if it had been MONTHS!
