I'm going to join the Y, and do the "half diet". I know it sounds stupid, but my MAIN issue is potion control. I eat healthy, but portions are too large. So if I can eat 1/2 my regular size portion and not feel deprived, I'm hoping I can stick with it. I know that when I exercise (which I hate) I do great with eating (cause who wants to exercise and see no results!) but I have to find stuff I enjoy. So I'm hoping if I join a couple classes I'll meet ladies I like and want to be in class.
I do need to do a cleanse though, but I'm so afraid of the headaches! I get migraines with out doing a cleanse so what can I do that won't aggravate them  Does drinking lots of water help?
