We're good here in Kitsap County, but it has to get pretty bad for us to have serious flooding since the terrain is pretty heavy rain friendly and there aren't any rivers here. Unfortunately, many of the people who live near the rivers (and there are lots of them in Western WA) now have waterfront property or are in the rivers. This is the second year in a row that I-5 has closed in SW WA due to flooding, a problem which is hugely expensive.
