I use Traditional Medicinals Organic Smooth Move (Senna) tea. It takes about 3 to 4 hours to work...so I can plan well.
The main purpose is cleansing and it is amazing how you feel once you cleanse. Like I mentioned earlier...I used Iasagenix to help me view food as nothing more than fuel for my body. Now if I need a pick me up at 3 or 4 in the afternoon...I eat 4 organic almonds (not four handfuls...4 little old almonds...LOL!)
