For those who have sent in the G639...
I sent ours in a few weeks ago. I just got a letter acknowledging our request and telling us how to track our 'case.' I guess they classify requests as "complex track" and "faster track." Complex track appears to mean that you want everything in their files and faster if you are requesting a specific doc.
Anyway...onto the question...did you get this letter and how long after did you hear from them again? They make it sound like "complex track" amounts to an act of Congress...

Oh and I am editing to tell you that I tracked our request...this was the response:
"Your request is currently number 60428 of 61181 pending requests in Track Two."
UGHHHHHHHHHHHHH This will take forever!!!
