Well basically my dh had an assult charge that was dismissed that showed up on his fingerprints - even though it was dismissed it is still grounds for our application to be denied - but since it happened so far back (15 years ago)they needed to know what degree it was to begin with - and when we finally got the dispositon it said no degree assigned. oh, how frustrating that must be for you guys!! You are trying to do something so great by being foster parents and to have it held up by this kind of snag...
