The agency I'm looking at won't let us begin until the most recently arrived child (in our case it'd be Zack) has been home 1 year. So we're thinking about beginning in April.

07/05/07 - Visit trip. Found out I was pregnant the same day we met Zack.
02/23/08 - Surprise bio son, Clayton born!
04/15/08 - Zack finally home forever!
