My mom was nice enough to tell me she was surprised when I told her I was down 15 pounds since the last time she saw me...she added...you look the heaviest I've ever seen you. That's awesome, since I'm more than 40 pounds below my heaviest...4 sizes down..that's great. I love it when family is SO supportive.

Oh ouch. That must've made you feel not so great.
I'm currently 7 pounds below my heaviest ever. Thankfully-because I struggled with an eating disorder for years-my family keeps their mouths shut!
Last Friday I started David Kirsch's Ultimate New York Body Plan. I'm down almost 8 pounds since Friday. And it's not all water weight either. I'm working out 45-90 minutes a day and eating super healthy. I think my body is detoxing from all of the crap I've eaten because I'm breaking out like crazy. After I'm done with this (want to be down 15 pounds) I'd like to try master cleanse.
Off to go run 3.5 miles. Yipee.
Not so much.
