Wow, thankyou all for your responses.
All that matters to me is a happy healthy child. I dont care about eye color or hair color or color of skin. At one point, I was also adopting from Guatamala until I was told to switch countries because Guatamala was closing its doors. My nephews have the very dark color skin and big black eyes. They were adopted from Guatamala and they are beautiful.
