First off welcome and I hope you find some peace and answers from these forums.
There are so many reasons why she might not want contact. And if or when the time is right you might find those out.
All you can do is love your daughter to the best of your ability and keep reassurring her it has nothing to do with her.
We have an open adoption but have not heard from our daughters bparents since TPR. I am sad for all of us but mostly for my daughters bparents because they don't get to know what a wonderful person our child is growing into. As for their reasons I have my speculations but I can't be sure without talking to them. I am positive some of it is guilt.
I wish you luck in finding a little peace with all of this and also that one day you all might come in contact again.
