Unless you plan on taking in medically fragile babies, you probably won't have any problem at all.
I'm licensed for two kids 0-3. So far I've had 3 kids, two of them infants, who have had to be in daycare either full or part time depending on what my school/work schedule was like at the time and I've never had any issues getting it approved.
