We adopted siblings, age 5 and 6 (now one year older). Beautiful kids with a background of abuse, homelessness, etc. The first half year was insane - half the time, I didn't know which end was up! Fortunately, they are remarkably intact, and thoroughly bonded to us. I'm so blessed to be able to love these wonderful kids!
