either have a sliding scale fee or are more affordable than all the outrageous fees I am seeing. We can not afford the high fees but could provide a happy and secure home for a child. We would love to adopt a biracial or caucasian baby. We want a child so bad and I am getting so down about all this. I will be 33 in 09 and really want to start a family.
