I am looking for my daughter that I put up for adoption April 5, 1986. She was born in Kokomo, Indiana. She weighed 6 lbs. 5 oz. She was born at St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo, Indiana. Catholic Charities has since moved out of Kokomo. I have been looking for several years with no luck. I have heard that Catholic Charities will sometimes change birth records to protect the children, and while I understand the reasons for this it does make it very difficult for reunions.
