Chroma, I think the first few months are probably just so hard, you know? I think you have been trying but I think if you have left messages, etc., you can then wait for a return call. Obviously, if months go by, you can try again. Hopefully, the next time you DO talk, you can explain that you really like to talk to her, don't want to lose touch, etc. (she may think you are doing this out of "obligation" and not real desire; she also really may just need some time to process things too).
