7am Breakfast
8am play at home/TV
By 9am out for some activity
Lunch - usually 11:30 before nap but sometimes after
nap - 12 or 12:30, around 2.5 hours.
Post-nap afternoon activity (usually playground)
Dinner: 5:15pm
Bedtime: 6:30 or 7pm
It's kind of hard to remember now, but I think that's pretty accurate from when she was E's age. But that said I don't see anything wrong with the schedule you have right now. Is there something in particular that doesn't work, that you'd like to change? Since A was going to day care 3 days a week at that age, we basically had to ease her towards a later nap time for the days she was there.

THIS WOULD LITERALLY BE MY IDEAL SCHEDULE. Maybe go to sleep an hour later and wake up an hour later though.
