Bath and stories then in bed by 7:00
*only difference is on therapy days; twice a week he has therapy for an hour in the morning. Throws off his nap time

I take advantage of the morning nap by writing bills, showering, cleaning, or just taking a moment to watch some tv or look online!!!

So no bottle when he wakes up? Does he have milk with his breakfast? Our problem with morning naps is we have loads of activities that are mornings and he doesn't last. Today I popped him in the car for an early food shop (trying to keep him up until 11 with 15 minute increments) and guess what HE FELL ASLEEP IN THE CAR AT 9 and is still sleeping in the garage. Today's going to be tough now because he'll probably wake up any minute and then no more naps today!
