Hi Everyone,

I haven't posted in what seems like forever, but....that is because of the birth of our beautiful daughter!!!

She was born last month in Louisiana and is absolutely perfect. Her name is Analeigh JoElle (if any of you are Top Model watchers my favorite girl was named Analeigh and we got her name from there) and we feel totally blessed by the addition to our family. We missed her birth by a couple of hours but were glad that she got to spend that time with her birthmom who will forever be an angel in our lives.

We pulled our other two kids out of school and spent the time as a family together waiting out ICPC and arrived home just in time for Thanksgiving with the rest of our family.

We have had an awesome journey from start to finish with our home study, placement agency and lawyer in Lousisina and here at home!! For those that don't know, we are a cauccasian family and our new daughter is African American.

To all of you waiting, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and that it will happen!!!
