Wow hobbies, I remember those. Now with full-time job plus parenting, not so much. Sometimes I feel like my main hobby now is this message board.
When I do have free time, it's usually about hanging out with family and friends rather then something more specific. The one thing I still do is read voraciously. I take the subway to work, 45 minutes each way, so that 1.5 hours each weekday is my reading time. And I'm a fast reader. I usually get through a book or 2 per week, plus some magazines.
Before parenting, I've done various things at various times. I love music, and I've sung in ensembles. I also was taking a Taiko drumming class before Anabel came home, and I LOVED it and would love to do it again sometime. I also did yoga. I do some gardening, but DH is really the gardener in the family.
