Oh yes, I have! I have a good friend who is friends with an adoptee and she used to tell me that this friend's aparents didn't celebrate her birthday on her actual birthday, but changed her birthday to the date they adopted her. So I used to wonder if my son's birthday was actually celebrated on his birthday, which would have been my preference (of course, I would also want him and his parents to celebrate their adoption day, too!). I know he was told he was adopted and my updates were shared with him. I do sometimes wonder if he was told of his entire racial history. He is mixed, but looks 100% CC. I don't know why I think this, as it appears his parents were very open with him about everything, but it's just something I've wondered about, not so much in the past, but recently. We are not yet reunited, but working on it (sort of, I guess--it's kind of moving so slowly it's barely a crawl!).
