fun thread!
We had to go to the mall 2nite, so we made an impromptu visit to the 'Santa' side of the mall, too 
Cristian was actually excited to see 'Santa', I was very surprised! Connor was not so thrilled. So I took Cristian on over and sat him on his lap  . While I was close, 'Santa' asked me what Connor's name was, as Connor was still on the edge of the stage deciding if it was safe or not. I told him, then he looks over at Connor and called out to him. Connor of course hadn't heard 'Santa' ask me his name, so when 'Santa' called him by name and asked him to come closer, he was absolutely SHOCKED  . After that, he warmed right up to the big guy

11/5-prior atty wants to "check" on us.Tells new atty he was never pd by agency! Agrees to give our file IF we release him of all liab 
1/6/09-rec the real COA! Petition to be filed with CNA tomorrow! 
2/10-'old' atty won't release our file...w/out PAYING a fee! So much for release of liability 
2/16-Agree to pay file ransom
4/29-File FINALLY given to new atty
5/19-CNA officially approves us to begin adoption; accepts dossier
