I felt the same way, but good judgment got the better of me! DD is almost 9 months and we are planning on going back on "the list" after she turns 1 year old. That way, the kids will probably be about two years apart. Of course, that's still very close in age, but I'm optimistic that we can pull it off
Maybe give yourself a few months to bond with your baby and then consider going back to your agency. Or choose a date when you will start waiting again and then look forward to that.
