Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, where you keep cleaning supplies and chemicals, where you keep knives, guns, and other weapons, where you keep medications, if your swimming pools are fenced off (if you have them), if you have the space for the child and their belongings, how hot your water heater is set to, etc. The purpose of the visit isn't to elimination you, just to identify any possible safety concerns and help you to fix them.
Also, technically the "home study" is the big process of getting to know your family, lifestyle, etc. Interviews, classes, results of physicals, etc etc is all part of the "home study". Most people think it's just the visit to your house but it is usually the bigger process.
