Would it be out of line if I sent an email to the case worker before I've even attended the PRIDE classes to give heads up I might be interested in possible placement after I get my license?

It never hurts to show interest. They won't "save" kids for a possible future placement. But if there isn't a lot of interest, then they will be glad to know that you might be a resource in a few months if the kids are still in care.

THERE ARE EIGHT DIFFERENT WAYS YOUR CHILD CAN DIE ON A CORDED WINDOW TREATMENT
Read "How Safe Cords Kill" at www.pfwbs.org
THREE CHILDREN HAVE STRANGLED TO DEATH SINCE ANGEL DIED ON 8/11/09.
Brandyn Coppedge died on 9/11/09. Rosie Smith died on 9/30/09 and Thapelo Kwofie died on 11/1/09. The Consumer Product Safety Commission is no longer recommending safety kits. They are now recommending that anywhere children live or visit should be free of corded window products.
