Thank you!! My dossier was turned in on Easter Monday, April 9, 2007. I received my referral on August 17, 2008 and my official referral on August 29, 2008. So that's a total of 16 months of waiting to see Layla's face. When I first began this process it was only supposed to be 9 months, then 12 months, then before the rapture. 3 months and counting waiting to travel.

Wow you have been waiting a long time. When hubby and I first started looking into adoption,that was one of the countries we picked. We had gotten so tired of waiting for our agency to open the program back up. I am so happy for you!!!!! When you go over don't forget to take some pictures for me.
