Samantha, I'm up in the cheap side of North Raleigh, near Capital and WalMart, there are at least 4 or 5 gas stations near me with that price. If you go a little further up 440 to New Bern it gets crazy cheap (usually like $.10 gallon cheaper than anyplace else). And Costco always has the cheapest price in Raleigh but I don't want to buy the membership.
