She would probably be around 22 and I think her birthday may have been in June...maybe the 6th.
Not sure of a lot of info since Mr. Parker's wife has passed away and she knew most of that.
Nadine was his first foster child and she was returned to her mother and then to her grandmother. When he went to the grandmother's for a visit..they had gone.
