I have generalized anxiety disorder, but with my meds I live a full life. My adoption was two years ago but my agency was large and was able to find a region for us. Although the judge grilled me and I had to provide extra forms(psychologists and psychiatrist's licenses) I was able to get the job done and I think I'm doing ok so far parenting(most days

Although my adoption passed, I would assume it can still be done.
