All of the adults in our lives are getting goodie baskets this year. I'm doing pretty baksets full of cookies, bread, buckeyes, choc. pretzels, hard candy, etc. and each couple or family gets a basket or tin depending on the size of the family.
I got pretty ornaments and hand towels on clearance after the holidays last year and I'll use those as accents. I already have the baskets but you could always do gift bags or have the kids decorate shoe boxes, etc.
The outlay for the baked goods can seem high, but if you break it all down it's not that bad. I'm doing something like nine baskets and it's really pretty cheap compared to gifts for 18+ people.
