Each county has it's own behavioral health side of Medicaid. But if you have Medicaid, you have behavioral health (kids under 21 that is). If you have the access card, look at the back of it and there should be a number to call for behavioral health services. If you don't have it, go to this website

and follow the link to healthchoices. You should be able to get more info about the mental health services available in your county.
