I have not tried the amino acids thing. In fact, I had never heard of it, until I went to and ADHD seminar. The seminar was given by a dr specialist on ADHD. He was really arogant. A parent asked about this type of testing, and he laughed at her. I was pretty ticked off about it. But it was interesting what he had to say after, that it wasn't very conclusive because urine doesn't have enough for testing.
But I sure would give it a try!
