M just takes one nap and it is in the morning from around 10:00-12:00. She has been doing this since she was 11 months old. She refuses to take an afternoon nap. She generally goes to sleep at night around 6:30 or 7:00 and will sleep 12 hours, but by the time 7:00 rolls around she is exhausted!
