Toddler Nap Schedules, any other AM Nappers Out There?

I always heard that when toddlers cut back to one nap it's usually the morning nap they lose. E is a real morning napper. He always goes down for a long one about 3 hours after he wakes up. Then he's down for about 2 hours and then up up up until 8 but also for me because I have like 8 straight hours to keep him occupied.

I stopped doing mornings at the gym because he just get so tired toward the end and sometimes falls asleep in the car on the way home (and you know what THAT does to the nap schedule). So now that it's winter we just go out once a day, after his lunch and putter around in the morning.

Does anyone have any ideas how I could move his nap time later?
