It's pretty easy. When you find a pediatrician (through a personal referral; through your medical insurance; or you can even call a local hospital and ask for the Medical Staff Office and ask them to give you the name and number of a good pediatrician in the area) call their office and tell them you're interested in a doctor who will spread out the vaccinations. That's what I did when we were first looking for a pediatrician. Most of them will also meet with you at no charge before deciding on that doctor.
