American GIrl is a great company! I ordered the twins last year for my older dd for christmas - gave one to her and saved the other for my younger dd. Last year they only offered light skin with dark hair. THis year they now offer medium skin with dark hair so I called to see if I could exchange the one that is unopened. THey said they have a 100% satisfaction policy so I could just dress the used one in her original clothes, send them both back and they will send me the ones I want! I would just pay the price difference from last year to this year! I thought that was great customer service!!! THey are packed and going to the post office today!
