Bobby Jo and Teddy searching
I'm not sure if it's an ok post for this forum but thought I would try it. I'm searching for Bobby Jo and Teddy they were my foster brother and sister and my parents wanted to adopt them but they seperated and the state took them away, all I know is they were adopted from State of Calif by seperate adoptive families but they were friends and lived close to each other. Any ideas on searching when you do not have new last names?
