I haven't been exercising at ALL lately, and I feel a bit like a lump. In the summer I was running a couple of times a week - which was really a miracle for me since I'm NOT good at exercizing regularly - but since the weather got cold and it started getting dark so early, it just hasn't happened. I like doing yoga, but I'm having trouble fitting it into my schedule.
Anyone here done Curves? There's one not far from my office, and I'm tempted by the "30 minutes and you're done" promise.

Does it work? How many times a week do you go? Is it worth it?
