I found using Vanicream and Eucerin to be the best. Our boy developed a horrible case of it when we came home due to the climate change He was an itchy mess everywhere from head to toe. Poor kiddo. These two lotions where are saving grace. It took 2 times a day applications every day for two weeks to get it to go away.
