If money were no object...would you do it again?

I have been thinking about adopting again.. a lot. Even though we are in no financial situation to adopt again...I am getting 'the bug' again. So I am wondering...if money were no object...would you adopt again? If so, would you choose Russia? If Russia, what age and sex? If not Russia...where and who?

Me, I would adopt again in a heartbeat from Russia (my only choice)...a 'healthy' little boy...up to age 30 - 36 months at referral...but younger preferred. Or a special needs child up to 24 months at referral...either sex...special needs pretty open (physical, correctable, or other wise.)

You?
