Oh My!!!! There are no words......I'm just so sorry for what you are going through.
It just seems crazy and unbelievable that a little girl would have to go live in an orphanage because of her mother falsifying some docs. Obviously she willingly gave her up, right. Seems like they could investigate the birthmom but let the little girl go to the home that is waiting for her.
I'm sure all of those things have already gone through your mind a thousand times........I just can't even imagine your hearbreak!!!!!!!
My thoughts and prayers are with you!!! Things just don't make sense sometimes and that is sooo beyond frustrating!!
