But please don't give up on her ever coming home... Talk to Jaime Tecu at Central Authority, you and your attorney. There is a possibility that they will honor the referral when she is declared adoptable. If you want more details, pm me...

Lawyer fired and new one hired. Abandonment granted Jan 30 '08.  Received abandonment decree March 18 '08  Praise the Lord!
Oct '09 Adoption approved by family court!
