From what I can tell, it included only February 16,17,18,19. But I have to keep reminding myself that back in October last year, there was an agency that talked with CCAA, and was told then by a CCAA rep that this year would only include January and February 06. It looks like this was accurate information.
I'm still optimistic that 09 will be a bit more than 2-7 days of referrals per month, now that the Olympics are out of the way, and because attrition has lowered the number of those of us still waiting, but it's just wishful thinking at this time.
