I am wondering why they wait till TPR is approaching, the child has bonded to the foster family and THEN they ask the bios if there is any family wlling to homestudy?
Why don't they do this when children first come into care instead? Or do they do it then....and then ask again later?
Really stinks to sit on it for a year while the children bond to (what origionally were) strangers and then go hunting down family who, by this time....are now strangers to the child.
